about the job
You will be responsible for calendar management for 2 senior executives and ensure all necessary papers are prepared in advance for daily meetings, as well as scheduling internal and external meetings, lunches, conference calls and video conference calls. In addition, you will facilitate all business travel arrangements, using company travel agent, and preparing of itineraries as appropriate. You will also be responsible for all administration, processing and checking of expenses claims completed in a timely and accurate manner. You will have to act as a backup for receptionist, during lunchtime and annual/sickness leave and in peak periods of workload.

This role reports to the Office Manager and is a replacement for an existing permanent staff who is going on a 1-year sabbatical leave.
skills & experience required
You should possess minimum 3 years of experience in Office Administration, with a good command of both written and spoken English. You should ideally have working experience in a professional environment (Banking & Finance, Legal, MNCs a preference).
