- Provide administrative support to Project Team
- Telephone coordination with Clients/Vendors/Suppliers
- Typing of Quotations/Invoices/Correspondences
- Handling of stationeries/pantry supplies/printed materials
- Added edge : Related experience in ISO and BCA matters
- Collate Transport claims
- Able to handle overseas travel, transport and hotel coordination an advantage
- Good Administrative Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently
- GCE O/A Level/Diploma/equivalent
- Good communication skill in liaising with associates and internal site staff
