about the job
The Marketing Manager role is responsible for developing strategic marketing plans, market and category analysis as well as managing budgets and supporting sales. The ideal applicant will be able to work autonomously drawing on your marketing experience inclusive of exposure to analytical tools and providing insightful, data driven recommendations. The role involves managing innovation and new product development process across the brand whilst developing, managing and implementing brand marketing plans.
skills & experience required
You are required to have at least 8+ years of relevant experience ( food, non-food, retail) in Marketing & Brand Management gained within the FMCG/Retail/F&B sector. Technically and commercially astute, your ability to build relationships, co-ordinate cross functional teams and manage expectations will be critical in this role. Degree qualified, you will have demonstrated strong leadership skills and have highly effective influencing and interpersonal skills.
