Manager, Corporate Secretariat

You will lead a team to provide support on all aspects of corporate secretarial and general administrative services for both local and overseas companies within the Group. You will organise Board and Board Committee meetings and shareholders’ meetings, prepare / review resolutions, meeting papers, annual reports and announcements, in-charge of ACRA and SGX matters and ensure compliance to Companies Act and SGX-listing requirements.
You should have an ICSA Professional Certificate or other relevant qualifications with at least 8 years’ experience in corporate secretarial work in a professional firm or a listed company. Good knowledge of processes and electronic filing requirements of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority is essential. You should have the ability to lead and motivate the team under your supervision. In addition, you should possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, perform under tight deadlines and is strong in written English. Those with experience and / or knowledge in the real estate industry and in public listed companies will be preferred.
