An American financial services company is offering excellent prospects for a C++ Support Analyst
Work hours: 6am - 3pm (Transport claims provided)
Skills required: C++, Linux OS
Listed in US, our client is a financial services firm serving the algorithmic trading industry, developing software products for top tier banks, asset management firms, hedge fund management firms etc. With more than 200 employees worldwide, they have been expanding their business steadily, especially in Singapore, where its APAC HQ is located. As such, they are now looking for high potential C++ Support Analyst to increase their capacity.
Reporting to the Head of Support, you will work with developers, technical support specialists and customer support specialists to provide L1 & L2 client support, perform troubleshooting and fix bugs to resolve product issues. You will also be involved in testing, and assist with new client on-boarding projects.
Working hours: 6am - 3pm (morning transport claims provided by company).
To qualify, you have:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- 2-3 years working experience in C++ development
- Good knowledge of Linux OS
- Excellent communication skills
FX domain experience will be advantageous.
South East Asian language speaking skills will be advantageous in order to better communicate with regional clients.
