- Monitor and manage the client network events for Insite clients and also assist the client with their queries and ensure we meet our agreed SLA’s
- Ensuring as a total interrelated and integrated set of processes and emphasizes quality of service over quantity of services.
- Proactive monitoring and understanding of clients network
- First level diagnosis, and should be able to escalate to next level
- Maintaining clients SLA in terms of call handling, case handling and e-mails, end to end follow-up on the cases, proper shift handover with updates
- Builds expert knowledge to identify opportunities for change and the ability to convey the need
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to relate and interact effectively at all levels
- Having prior experience in managing Call centers for network monitoring is an advantage
- Ability to use Microsoft applications, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work in an international & multi-cultural environment
