- Coordinate and develop support services for users/vendors and network problem resolution within the company and other entities.
- Perform 1st level support on troubleshooting problem and technical issue
- Provide hardware and software support services
- Provide technical support for all computer system and in-house application
- Minimum Nitec in Computer Science/Information Technology or any related discipline
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience. Inexperienced candidate may apply as training will be provided
- Customer oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable to commit to a 1 year contract (renewable and convertible base on performances).
