Our client is an international multi-disciplinary architectural and interiors practice that is known for their award winning hospitality design work across some of the world’s exotic locations.
The current team is diverse, each bringing fresh ideas and scope to design projects. Our client values dynamism and flair when it comes to ‘creating spaces’ for the client. They are not known for creating ‘standardised’ designs and their works have been extensively published in books, magazines and strong media coverage.
- Create detailed design of spaces from furniture to materials
- Manage projects from concept to completion using efficient project management skills
- Collaborate with Technical team to endure detailed constructions drawings are completed to a good standard
- Work with Design Director to come with unique concepts and ideas
- Solve design issues
- Conduct persuasive presentations to the client
- Salary negotiable based on relevant experience.
- Working Condition: 5 Days (Mon-Fri)

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience of working on Luxury 5 star Hotels (Shangri La, Mariott, Hilton, Hyatt, Taj etc), Resorts, and Spas.
- Good communication skills and eye for details
- Customer service oriented, as you will be expected to win projects from clients.
- Creative and out of the box thinking skills
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in related industry
- Degree or Diploma in Interior Design/Architectural design.
- A strong fresh, innovative portfolio of hospitality projects.
- Able to coordinate & check architectural works shop-drawings
- Fully conversant with Auto Cad, proficient with Photoshop, PowerPoint.
