- Understanding of customer’s requirements, generating of quotations and follow up closely on the opportunities till closure.
- Achieves and maintains rapport with customers and works to give them the best possible service.
- Selling of IT products and Solutions to existing and new customers
- Prepare & provide quotations, configurations, special price management, and communications to partners / Customers
- Work closely with our distributors and vendors
- Occasionally Involves "cold calling" for new clients and leads generation.
- Work with Account Managers for new Sales Leads.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Managers for further development and closure.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Team with Sales Manager to build pipeline and close deals
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of inside sales or relevant experience in Sales environment.
- Outdoor sales who want to move to indoor sales are welcome too
- Preferably Some knowledge on IT products.
- Customer-oriented with positive attitude
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Clear commitment on the job role.
- High Adaptability - Able to fit into the team as well as organization structure & culture easily.
- Team player and independent worker.
- Willingness to acquire new skills/ product knowledge. (Training or guidance will be provided)
- Pro-active and highly motivated professional with a positive attitude.
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- Good organisational and time management skills
- A willingness to work long hours, often under pressure
