Human Resource Assistant (6-Month contract)

You will provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team. This includes processing staff training applications and claims for training grants or subsidies, providing training logistics support (such as booking of venues, preparing training materials, liaising with training vendors and/or service providers). You will be required to raise purchase requisitions, purchase orders via the SAP system and process payment for training related expenses. You will also maintain up-to-date and accurate training records, prepare training reports and perform any other duties assigned. You will also be involved in ad-hoc HR systems projects such as data migration/clean-up exercise.
You should possess a Diploma from recognised polytechnics in Singapore. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Candidates with SAP experience and MS Access proficiency will have an added advantage. To succeed in this role, strong organizational skills, desire to learn, meticulous, strong in follow-up, team player and resourcefulness; as well as good written and spoken communication skills.
