- Point of contact for all enquiries on training courses.
- Content owner of the training policies and procedures.
- Source and recommend soft skill training for the organisation.
- Facilitate and manage end-to-end process of course registration.
- Administer/Track training bonds, expenses and grants (including skillsconnect).
- Consolidate training needs of the business units (technical and soft-skill).
- Design and roll-out the organization’s Total Training Plan.
- Maintenance of training records.
- At least 1 year of training administration experience.
- A resourceful player with research and follow up skills.
- Good interpersonal, communications and analytical skills
