Our client, a SGX listed MNC dealing with multi industries, urgently requires:
HR Executive (Lim Chu Kang)
1) Prepare the onboarding of new staff including the letter of appointment, pre-employment check-up and work permit collection, if any
2) Update of employee records in SAP including new hire creation, leave and salary details, staff movements, etc
3) Prepare and monitor staff due for performance review, confirmation and contract renewal, re-employment for retirees, etc
4) Take charge of staff time attendance system (TMS) and verify daily attendance records to ensure prompt salary payments including overtime work
5) Assist in processing of work permit renewal/cancellation, medical insurance, work injury compensation claim matters
6) Attend to staff welfare and benefits, query on salary and reimbursement claims
1) Possess a Certificate/Diploma in HRM with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
2) Sound working knowledge of Employment Act and MS office applications
3) Good oral & written communication and interpersonal skills
