HR cum Admin Officer

- Responsible for staff recruitment, staff insurance, leave management & other HR related matters
- Handle the necessary procedures for new join and resignees
- Responsible for updating and maintaining of personnel records in HR system
- Administration of all work pass related matters
- Monthly processing of payroll
- Checking and calculation of staff expense claims / overtime etc.
- Submission of monthly CPF
- Submission of national service claims / maternity claims / enhance childcare claims etc.
- Submission of IR21/ employee tax return (IR8A)
- Handles CPF and MOM Survey
- Support in Company benefit and welfare matters
- Min Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
- At least one year of relevant experience
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Possess strong knowledge on MOM and Employment Act is a plus point
- Immediate candidates are preferred
