• Performs the Administration of HR Talent Acquisition functions which include Staffing Onboarding Processes, Reference Checks, Sales registration processes and etc.
• Generate routine reports from database and adhoc reports whenever necessary
• Maintain all personnel documents and ensure their confidentiality
• Perform all other HR related duties when required by superior
• Diploma in Business or equivalent
• Organized and meticulous in documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words)
