- Perform first level support
- Handle incidents and requests
- Diagnosis of problems and resolving appropriately
- Escalating appropriately to higher management that need immediate attention
- Documentation, follow up and monitor issues until they are closed
- Minimum ITE/Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent
- Applicant with Cisco Certified Advanced Network (CCNA) or VoIP certification will be an advantage
