- Lead and motivate team to achieve sales KPIs.
- Build and develop a portfolio of client-base and establish a strong partnership with clients.
- Identify potential business development opportunities.

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the Events / MICE industry is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development, Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales track record within the Events / MICE industry.
