about the role
- Develop short term and long term optimization and growth strategies for the online and offline platforms
- Create campaigns to improve responsiveness across segmented audiences increasing engagement and conversion
- Responsible for providing digital marketing strategy, channel attribution, creative direction, tag implementation and troubleshooting, customer life-cycle management, CRM and etc
- Monitor social media presence by listening, engaging with audience and responding to users in a timely, authentic and consistent voice that reflects the brands.
- Help generate inbound traffic to websites and social media outlets by applying SEO techniques, paid advertising, and Google Analytics statistics.
- work closely with internal stakeholders to create compelling and effective assets
skills and requirements
- Any relevant Bachelor Degree
- Successful track-record developing digital marketing plans, executing, measuring, and delivering on performance targets
- Strong project management skills including: conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations
- Ability to lead, motivate and manage a team
- Highly motivated and high level of initiative
- Inspire confidence to work independently and in support of team goals and business objectives
