As the key person for the HR and Staffing team, you will help the company in the following aspects of our business requirements:
- Responsible for the entire HR and Recruitment needs to meet the business needs, including team member management and guidance on a consistent basis.
- Recruitment and employment of IT staffs to support both our existing and new projects (including the ad-hoc needs by clienteles).
- Prepare costings, quotations and tender proposals.
- Customer engagements and staffs’ relations.
- Oversee, guide/coach and manage a team of HR and Recruitment personnel.
- Maintain and enhance our HR policies, as well as, best practices on an on-going basis.
- Create and value-add to the business through innovations and best HR practice.
- Take care of other HR administrative functions, including Campus recruitment and career fairs.
- A Diploma / Degree in HR related field with at least 5 years of relevant working experience. ICT industry working experience will be beneficial.
- A leader, self-motivated and independent person, as well as, a team player.
- A dynamic, meticulous and resourceful person.
- An excellent people person with good listening, counseling and job matching skills.
- A good communicator with excellent inter-personal skills.
- Reliable and committed in your roles.
