- Deliver excellent services and maximize guests’ experience by understanding and meeting their expectations..
- Perform membership-related services such as card application and rewards redemption for campaigns, promotions and events.
- Actively address guest feedback to improve and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Familiar with all campaigns, promotions, events in order to provide accurate and up-to-date information to guests.
- Relevant Customer Service experience within the hospitality industry.
- Meet Casino Regulatory Authority’s statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age.
- Able to perform rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays.
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ Level or equivalent with proficiency in MS Office applications.
