- Leading Sports MNC
- 6 days work week / Shifts/ up to $3300 per month
- Min 3 years frontline/ customer service / Hotel/ airlines or related experience
- Display the products knowledge and services when dealing with existing and potential customers
- Ensure academy's operations run smoothly by coordinating between departments
- Pro-actively work on customer issues assigned via internal systems
- Investigate membership issues, including assistance with finance matters
- Provide excellent customer service to potential and exisiting customers
- Coordinate/ booking, selling and renewing private training
- Min 3 years frontline/ counter / customer service / Airlines/ Hotel experience
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Posses time management and problem - solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Able to work shift and weekend and PH
