Specialising in the Banking & Finance sector, you will partner with Banks, Asset Management & Insurance firms in the referral of suitable candidates for their management team.
Here are some of the daily tasks you will be required to do in the course of your work:
- Prospecting & acquisition of client organisations via business visits & telemarketing
- Conduct business terms negotiations with client’s senior management
- Headhunt potential candidates and discuss job opportunities with them
- Follow through entire recruitment cycle and ensure quality deliverables to the clients
- Proactively support other team members on their projects
