Executive, Operations and Portfolio Management

You will analyse and provide up-to-date regular portfolio reporting on property operating expenses/accruals on demand. You will also work with the manager to support various Property Management teams in the management of financial data on retention sums, security deposits, credit balances, management of purchase orders/goods receipt and its related information such as property defects status, term contracts procurement and payment status. Together with the operation teams, you will also provide portfolio analysis to internal and outsourced property management reports. With the drawn conclusions on property management trends (especially on utilities) and forecast, you will monitor the performance of property operating expenses vs budget. Other duties include being able to efficiently provide SAP support to process property operating expenses as well as provide ongoing process improvement initiatives. At times, you may be called upon to assist the building managers to manage the buildings e.g. in handing over/taking over etc.
You should possess a Diploma in Business, Science/ Mathematics/Real Estate or related fields with relevant working experiences. You should be meticulous and be able to produce accurate reports under pressure. You are expected to have a keen analytical sense for numbers. Having knowledge in SAP usage, Excel is advantageous. Effective communication skills are required in order to work with various teams in Mapletree. Desirable attributes include having a positive attitude and meticulous.
