Executive, Information Systems & Technology (18-Month Contract)

You will provide first level Network support for Mapletree Group which include being the point of contact for all requests, issue resolutions and support change requests after office hours. You will support Microsoft Windows servers and technologies such as Exchange, AD, AD RMS, Sharepoint, SQL Server, SCOM, SCCM as well as work closely with SAP Basis, Network and the applications teams who provide solutions for projects. In addition, you will manage operational administrative activities which include performing GRN for goods and services, preparing reports and updating documentation. Travel may be required.
You should possess a Degree in IT and a Cisco Certified Network Associate certification with at least 6 years’ relevant hands-on experience. To succeed in the role, you should have experience in Cisco Networking and VOIP, Palo Alto and Fortinet, as well as in Windows Exchange, Windows AD, AD RMS, Sharepoint, SQL Server, SCOM and SCCM. Other desirable traits include logical thinking skill, team-oriented, and ablility to work under pressure.
