Executive, Client Services (Social Media Platform - Japanese or Korean Speaking)

- To provide post-sales customer service support / troubleshooting support through email/phone/chat to the client's B2B customers
- To support advertising customers and deliver consultative support
- Perform data analysis to improve advertising customer experience
- Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and the customer experience
- Experience in customer service and sales (B2B or B2C)
- Basic understanding of the online advertising space
- Strong communication skills, consultative and convincing in your arguments
- Self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize your own work in an organized manner
- Energetic individuals, with integrity and aspiration
- Proficient in either Japanese or Korean to liaise with Japanese or Korean speaking client
- 5 days work week (including weekends and PH)
- Any planned schedue 8-9 hours between 6.00am to 10pm (44 hours per week)
- To liaise with Japanese/Korean speaking associates/customers.
