about the job
In your role, you will be providing executive secretarial support to the Managing Director. You will act as a liaison for the Managing Director by coordinating activities with key stakeholders within the Company and the Managing Director's direct reports. You act as a 'bridge' for smooth communication from the Managing Director to stakeholders whilst demonstrating trust and credibility with senior leadership. You are responsible for completing a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Managing Director including:
- calendar management
- travel and meeting arrangements;
- expense claims management;
- emails and other correspondences;
- minutes taking for key meetings;
- simple accounting entries;
- carrying out specific projects and research
Taking on the added role as an Office Manager for the Singapore office, you are responsible for managing the direct reports - Receptionist and Administrative Assistant, ensuring day-to-day office operations are smooth and seamless.
skills and experience required
The successful incumbent for this role will come with at least 5 years of related secretarial and office management experience, supporting senior executive in a multinational environment. You are a professional and engaged individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills and with the ability to multi-task and continually re-prioritise responsibilities in a high volume environment with a strict attention to detail. You demonstrate collaborative working style and resourcefulness and experience in dealing with confidential information and ability to exercise discretion. Preferably technologically savvy in Microsoft Office, including proficiency in generating documents and presentations.
Candidates who can commence work immediately in the month of Octber are highly preferred.
