- Handling incident and service request according to defined service level
- Issue service request ticket
- Tracking and ensure incident and service request all being processed in a timely manner is in line with service level agreement
- Follow up to ensure case closure
- Fulfil other ad-hoc duties from time to time
- Diploma in IT or equivalent discipline
- Prior working experience in IT related field for minimum 1 year
