Our client, an US leading Technology Company is looking for a dynamic individual to join as Customer Support Specialist.
- Run in-house applications to make sure the details are correct
- Verify the existing data
- Reliable, punctual attendance to perform global support
- Provide feedback on process and tools
- Other assigned duties
- Min 1 year experience in problem-solving/ support role
- Customer service oriented
- Meticulous, analytical and able to exercise objective judgement
- Fluency in English and Japanese is required to support local and Japan market (both Spoken and Written)
- Shift Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday/ Sunday- Thursday
- Working Hours: 9am-6pm/ 10am-7pm
