Customer Service Officer

- Handle customers’ enquiries and order taking.
- Administer pricing updates and assist in account receivable
- Coordinate and provide sales support to the sales team
- Ensure customers’ orders are processed and fulfilled promptly
- Assist in handling customers’ issues
- Any other duties assigned as and when it required
- Minimum O level with 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Posses strong customer service mindset and telephone communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
