- Perform daily customer service activities and operations including order processing, documentation, shipping coordination, report management, filing, billing/invoicing.
- Handle customers’ feedback, requests and complaints effectively and escalate/ report to superior accordingly.
- Maintain proper documentation of paperwork associated with orders and accounts.
- To take up additional tasks as required to meet Department needs
