Customer Care Officer

- Handle all incoming video calls, calls and/or emails, web chats professionally and efficiently.
- Take on one or multiple calls over various customer contact channels.
- Handle customer enquiries and requests with the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalism to address customer’s issues within a single call resolution.
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
- Update job knowledge by studying and participating in training opportunities
- Maintain communication equipment by reporting faults promptly
- Proactive in providing feedback to improve work processes and customer experience
- Undertake any assignments as and when assigned
- Fluent in Mandarin & English (to liaise with associates)
- Minimum educational level of ITE/A-Level/Diploma
- Candidate with prior working experience in customer service in Contact Centre Environment is ideal
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Flexible in thinking with excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office
2500 - 3500 SGD base + bonus
