Direct Asia is looking for a proactive, passionate and performance-driven leader to manage our call centre and lead our team of customer care folks to deliver our brand promise and grow our business.

- You relish challenges. You will be required to drive sales results, grow sales and customer service capabilities of the team by refining and/or developing operational strategies and incentive structures;
- You enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders. You will work closely with senior management, underwriting, marketing, claims, finance and IT teams to review business performance, execute sales & marketing campaigns, and ensure that Customer Care operation is compliant with all prevailing laws and regulations;
- You are not daunted by complaints. You will undertake the responsibilities of managing complaints that have been escalated from industry regulators, equipping the team to handle customer complaints and devising service recovery strategies;
