ACT 3 International, an established Arts Company, has an opening for a Customer Admin Executive with the following qualifications:
- Poly Diploma or equivalent.
- Good written and spoken English, preferably bilingual.
- Computer literate with good general IT skills.
- A resourceful and adaptable person with similar working experience is desired.
- Manage customer enquiries with excellent follow-up service and maintaining close public and school liaison.
- Handles all related general admin routines including processing of payments, handling phone enquiries, scheduling assignments, etc.
- A team player and fast learner, someone energetic with good people management skills and also able to work independently in a fast paced environment.
- Applicants must be Singaporean only.
