- Implementing CRM projects and facilitate the various project phases.
- Analyse customer’s needs, scope the problem and develop business case to address the problem
- Document requirements
- Structure and provide CRM solution that best fits customer’s needs
- Work with customer users to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of the proposed solution
- Assess deployed solutions to see how well they met the original need
- Manage conflicts, issues and changes to ensure stakeholders and project team remain in agreement on solution scope, communicate and manage expectations of stakeholders
- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience with CRM projects
- Strong familiarity with different aspects of the CRM projects, including planning for CRM project; CRM processes; CRM products; and change management.
- Hands-on experience in full project development life cycles
- Consulting or Business Analysis experience, not a must but will be an advantage
