Reporting to the Director, Digital Products & Platforms, the incumbent will be responsible:
- To support the Global E-Commerce team by providing operational and administrative support to the team's efforts in driving e-commerce performance and providing the best digital experience for our customers.
- To manage CRM platform operations and support internal users, including troubleshooting issues, managing enquiries, ticketing, investigation and follow up.
- To administer the user access of the CRM platform and other secondary integrated platforms.
- To assist CRM Program Manager with database management, data mining, data cleansing, etc.
- To support and prepare performance reports on CRM.
- To coordinate with hotels on the platform requirements during the set up.
- To process and keep proper documentation of all invoices, cheque requisitions and purchase orders.
- To ensure proper filing of contracts, invoices and memorandum.
- To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
The incumbent is preferred to possess a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/ Digital Marketing or the equivalent with at least one (1) year of relevant experience in the Digital Technology domain. He / She should possess good organizational skills such as time management and multi-tasking skills, excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills, meticulous, with a keen eye for details. Skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office-Excel is essential. Prior experience with CRM platforms will be advantageous.
