Credit Controller / Collections position with MNC based in the Changi area, Singapore

Your new role
This newly-created position requires a talented individual to join an existing finance team of 4 based in the Singapore office in the Changi area. The role requires a self-starter with Credit/Collections/AR experience, able to work with minimal supervision on collection of overdue accounts. The role involves handling queries and resolving problems, contacting customers by phone, fax and email.
You will maintain accurate and up to date customer details and account records and be responsible for cash allocation (manual). You will also liaise with customers, providing necessary documentation to assist in dealing with overdue accounts, whilst anticipating developments, identifying accounts that might require additional attention or senior management intervention.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 2 - 3 years work experience in credit control and AR/AP knowledge, a self-starter with excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. You will be a confident personality with a positive mindset and a focus on results.
