- Provide general clerical and administrative support including but not limited to handling phone calls, data entry, opening of new clients file code, generating invoices, sending out billing reminders to clients and liaising with Finance on billing matters.
- Ensuring proper filing and up keeping of corporate secretarial records including maintaining and updating statutory registers.
- Assisting with the filing of annual returns and routine notifications with ACRA.
- Assisting with e-stamping of share transfers with IRAS.
- Releasing of announcements to SGX-ST.
- Handling incoming and outgoing documents including collecting, receiving and redirecting mails to clients.
- Assisting in day-to-day routine duties and functions with minimum supervision.
- Perform any other duties or tasks that may be assigned by the line manager from time to time.
- Minimum qualification from 'O'/ 'A' Levels or Diploma with at least 1 year of related working experience preferably in a corporate services firm.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- A keen learner with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Proficient in MS office applications i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
