A client facing position, you will be responsible for sourcing and dealing with clients on a full spectrum of recruitment sales activities which includes the following:
- Business development and setting up of business meetings via telemarketing
- Conduct business presentations and seek to understand the client’s needs
- Source, identify suitable candidates and arrange for interviews
- Work cohesively with the team in understanding the market and consulting with clients
