Reporting to the Director of Events, the Conference Service Manger performs key functions of handling events & customer service, bookings of all types of catering business from various sources of leads and administration. The incumbent interfaces with the hotel management to report on operational statistics, personnel issues, individual sales and service performance, as well as market survey as related to Events Department.
The Ideal Candidate:
- At least 2 years of experience in similar capacity in upscale luxury hotels/resorts
- Hands-on experience in managing different types of events such as Social and Corporate events
- Excellent command of English and a second language
- Good organization and administrative skills
- Confident, professional with a refined disposition
