Be part of a HR transformation project with an established firm as a Compensation and Benefits Senior Manager.
Our client is a reputable and robust organisation in the telecommunications industry. As part of its ongoing commitment to thrive for business excellence and a strong market-leading branding, they are now looking for a tenacious and experienced C&B professional to join them. To date, they have a global strength of 20,000 with up to 30 offices globally.
Reporting to the Head of Rewards, you will play a key role in leading a team to developing and implementation compensation and benefits strategies and performance management systems with the goal to attract, retain and motivate a highly skilled and ambitious workforce. You will be expected to manage international assignments and guide respective business leaders across offices in building competitive and equitable compensation and benefits packages that are aligned to respective governmental regulations You will also be responsible for producing accurate and timely manpower statistics for management review and decision making.
Ideally, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent and have a minimum of 8 years of relevant working experience ideally with a strong foundation and experience in both Singapore rewards and performance management. Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations and best practices regarding compensation and benefit plan and performance management will be an advantage.To be highly successful in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills, mental agility to influence senior stake holders and lead a team in order to effectively achieve business objectives. You will also need to be numerically savvy, detail-oriented and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
