The Channel Manager wins and strengthens the relationships with the in-country assigned channel partners. Assigned to channel partners based on the geography, channel, or market, the Channel Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives.
The Channel Manager represents the entire range of 1Care Global offerings to the assigned channel partners though may focus on a specific solution or product set supporting the market vertical.
The Channel Manager reports to the Regional Sales Director.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement sales strategy to market 1Care Global offerings to the channel partners.
- Recruit and enable the channel partners to enable productive and improved sales performance.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in the assigned channel accounts.
- Coordinate and mobilise the company resources to meet the partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
- Enable the channel partners to meet the assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
- Proactively leads a joint channel partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a channel partner relationship.
- Sell through the channel partners to end users in coordination with the partner sales resources.
- Lead the solution development efforts that best address end user needs with sales closure in mind.
- Manage potential channel conflicts by fostering excellent communications and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
- Diploma / Degree in Business or Marketing.
- At least 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in supervisory roles in client management environment.
- Preferably with working experience in Automobile Industry.
- Preferably with client services or account management experience.
- Strong team player willing to provide exceptional services to exceed customer expectations.
