Answer enquires line and handle walk-in guests
Handle Virtual Office clients by helping them in answering phone calls and providing mail forwarding
Develop rapport and assisting clients with enquiries/requirements
Ensure that clients’ requests and demands are met to the established service standard of the centre.
Introduce our Value Added Services to tenants
Provide secretarial and administrative support when required
Ensure that the equipments and machines are in working order at all times
Responsible for the smooth operations of the meeting room bookings and booking system
Ensure mail is sorted and distributed timely to the tenants
Manage the inventory of general and stationary supplies
Support Centre Manager with viewings when necessary
Contract administration in accordance with the contractual terms and conditions and financial procedures
Pro-actively carry out and manage all administrative tasks involving Suited Office client’s transition
Liaise with contractors on any maintenance issues in the Centre
Responsible for overseeing monthly billing and client invoicing process
Ensure the established service excellence standards are achieved with focus on customer’s retention by building and maintaining customer relationship
- Minimum ITE
- Minimum one year of experience in serviced office industry preferred
- Candidates with exposure to customer oriented industry (hospitality) will be an added advantage
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin speaking clients)
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with interest in delivering excellent service
- A meticulous and responsible person with the willingness to learn and adapt
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
