Call Centre Supervisor - Town Area

- Compile monthly performance report of the Call Centre to be communicated to the Manager of Call Centre;
- Conduct monthly coaching session with Call Centre Staff to share performance and gather feedback on operations matters;
- Identify areas of improvement in operations;
- Maintain and enhance the established SOPs;
- Liaise with vendor(s) that provide services for the continuity of Call Centre operations;
- Schedule optimum manpower to ensure daily operational requirements are met.
- Any adhoc assignments or projects as assigned
- Strong people skills with an outgoing, friendly and positive attitude;
- Proven ability to be strong team player with excellent leadership skills;
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and able to perform quality work independently;
- Able to work in fast paced and customer focused environment.
- Working hours, 5 days’ work week, 8.30am to 6pm
- Yearly renewable contract.
