about the job
You will need to ensure that budget targets for the business are met and dynamically adjust strategies to achieve them. You will handle and manage escalated cases from industry regulators. In addition, you will have to stimulate and sustain a working environment for a highly motivated contact center in order to delight their customers and meet/exceed sales targets. You will also have to plan and manage resources within the contact center for optimal capacity and performance. Overall, you will need to acquire, coach, develop members to build capabilities and helping them to achieve their personal goals.
about the manager / team
The overall contact centre has a team of about 30 and majority are responsible for inbound customer service calls only. There will be a small team of member who are in charge of telesales via warm leads and existing customers' renewals.
skills & experience required
You should be tertiary-educated with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar capacity as a call centre/contact centre/telesales manager. You should be able to run operations, strategise with the business on how to improve policies and processes, as well as doing quality assurance. You must be extremely customer-service oriented. Knowledge in Cisco call systems will be advantageous.
