- Assist the Head of Direct Channel in new client acquisition. This will involve pre and post sales proposal preparation and sales presentation
- To assist in the strategy to develop direct channel and be responsible on the implementation of key sales initiative and campaigns
- Handle sales enquiries and leads generation for direct client acquisition
- Work closely with internal departments to launch and maintain sales enablers and e-sales tools
- Handle activities relating to direct account management. This includes assisting in the preparation of sales materials, PowerPoint presentation, employee handbooks, client reports etc.
- Handle sales presentation and proposal when required
- Degree holder
- Possess M5, M9, M9A and HI Insurance certifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience within employee benefits environment
