Work with internal and external partners to execute projects with service impact to customers and advise in the area of User Experience and User Interface
Jointly develop service trainings with HR & campaigns, mystery shopper programs and staff rewards & recognition programs
Responsible for compiling mystery audit results/survey findings for management reporting
Manage customers feedback and monitor staff performance for eligibility of staff rewards & recognition programs
Manage Customer Call Centre in Head Office to ensure objectives of outsourcing are being achieved & expected requirements of the outsourcing guidelines by MAS and Bank’s Group are complied with.
Conduct trainings & disseminate new products/promotions info
Work with internal & external partners to execute special projects assigned Support corporate events/activities
Work closely with internal stakeholders including acting as a bank’s representative and interface with customer to amicably and timely resolve issues over email and social media
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written skills in English language and Mother Tongue
Proficient in Microsoft Office Application such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
