Assistant Manager, Human Resource (HRIS)

You will provide specialist support and manage systems/IT projects for Human Resource processes. You will play a key role in managing projects and driving system implementation activities such as developing system functional specifications/change requests/UAT cases; recommending best fit solutions to meet business requirements; supporting data migration and validation; developing security matrix and system roles; enhancing workflow to improve efficiency and effectiveness; and overseeing system project. You will also be responsible for system administration activities such as validation of employee system data; leading users in data verification process; improving processes/system designs to enhance data accuracy and systems integration to reduce data duplication; developing standard operating system guides and training system users; and developing analytics and reports to support business requirements. You may also be assigned to support or participate in relevant Group HR projects and initiatives.
