- Lead a team to ensure smooth operation and maintenance facilities, mechanical & electrical services for client
- Provide supervision to site staff and contractors in planning, coordination and execution of service project to ensure on time delivery and in accordance with procedures
- Responsible for supervision of contracts management, procurement and vendor management, finance management, etc.
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or relevant Facility Management discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management with at least 2 years in managerial role
- Strong in mechanical or electrical knowledge with hands on experience
- Experience in facilities project management or healthcare project is a big plus
