As a Assistant Project Manager, you are responsible for spearheading the entire event from conceptualising of exhibition theme, content development, booth and sponsorship sales and marketing functions to ensure success of your show.
As the soul of the event, you must have the passion and drive to make things work, and create the “WOW” factor for your show.
Create event concepts, themes and rundown for entire show
Conduct in-depth research on the event themes assigned
Secure sponsors and exhibitors for events
Strike alliances and partnership
Develop and manage pipeline of sales and sponsorship opportunities
Meeting event targets set for project while observing both top and bottom line
Oversee and execute the event on-site and ensure that quality and value is delivered to all stakeholders
- 2-3 years of working experience in exhibition industry
- Bachelor degree
- Possess excellent commercial outlook in business
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Travelling needed
