To ensure restaurant is set-up and ready for operation and that the dining experience is of the highest quality. The incumbent will be required to provide leadership for the business unit that result in meeting/exceeding the goals of the hotel while upholding the standards of the restaurant.
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years experience in a similar capacity
- Possess strong background in Food and Beverage operations
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications
