Support helpdesk cases and resolve within the stipulated service level agreement
Provide support at the user sites, whenever required
Timely reporting of services outages or degradation and/ or batch failures
Support and Coordinate with Support Teams and external (3rd) Parties/ vendors in incident/ problem investigation and resolution
Participate in Incident and Problem Management calls
Provide Application support for deployment activities
24x7 rotation shift duty
- Min Diploma in IT with 2 years of experience in Helpdesk Environment / Applications Support
- Knowledge in the following technologies require
- Application Server: WebSphere Application Server/Weblogic Server /IIS server/
- WEB Server: HTTP server/tomcat server.
- OS: Windows/Unix (sun os),
- Database : Oracle, MS-SQL server
- One year renewable contract with benefits / completion bonus under agency payroll
- This position requires 1 night shift a month & shift duty need to be carried at customer site
- Timing for the shifts are 9am-5pm, 5pm1am and 1am-9am.
- For shift works commerce at 1am or end at 1am, you can claim taxi fare, subject to project manager approval.
- Security Clearance required
